This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. Must weigh no more than 1.04 kg. Speed must be at least 1200 rpm in drill mode, 270 rpm in ream mode. Must have a forward and reverse modes, with a mode of operating non-continuous, duty cycle of 1 minute on 4 minutes off for 3 times. The rest between cycles should be more than 3 hours. The Oscillate non-continuous mode of operating duty cycle should be at least 15 seconds on/15 seconds off for 5 times.
