- GJAC REPLACE RTU 2019 Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for: 1. Replacement of the existing rooftop air conditioning unit (RTU) at the Gebhart Building at the Bureau of Land Management ¿s (BLM) Grand Junction Air Center (GJAC) in Grand Junction Colorado, including demolition of the existing rooftop air conditioning unit; installation of a new custom roof curb adapter; installation of a new rooftop air conditioning unit; replacement of the existing rooftop exhaust fans; rebalance loads on transformers; and reconfiguring and reprogramming the existing HVAC control system to accomplish the proposed HVAC control sequence of operation. 2. Adjustment and performance verification of the HVAC systems. 3. Demonstration and training for BLM site personnel. A pre-bid site tour will be provided on March 6, 2019 at 2 PM local time. Vendors shall take from Horizon Drive take H Road to Falcon Way, on Falcon Way take left on Landing View Lane, drive to end of Landing View Lane and see gated Airport access on right. At gate push call button, provide name and business and wait for access. Through gate stay left and drive to lower parking at 2 story building to meet Rex Corsairs, cell 970-712-2798. The solicitation shall be set aside for Small Business Set Aside. NAICS code is 237990, (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction) size standard is $36.5 million. Estimated price range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000. It is anticipated the solicitation package will be issued approximately February 28, 2019.
