- The Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD is seeking potential sources under the proposed NAICS Code 812921 (Photofinishing Services (except one-hour)) who have the capability to provide the following requirements: The U.S. Army Communication Electronics Command Software Engineering Center CECOM SEC objective is to establish a contract to provide necessary design, material, product and installation services Army Branding at three CECOM SEC locations: Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD, Fort Lee, VA and Fort Huachuca, AZ. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS code 812921. The Government will make this acquisition a small business set aside award with a NTE six (6) month period of performance. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a selection will be made based on the capabilities of the vendor. There is no bid package or solicitation document associated with this announcement. The statement of work and exhibits will be attached for your review. Interested sources may submit their capabilities and qualifications via email to: Lesha N.
