Building 37 is considered historic, and where necessary the renovations will comply with the requirements of the NY SHPPO. The first floor of building 37 is occupied by the Center of Excellence. The basement of building 37 houses the dispatch operator suite, carpenter shop, veterans research center and the IT department. The basement also houses the main server room for the facility. Extreme caution must be taken to assure all services continue to be operational during construction. A/E SCOPE OF SERVICES Provide investigative and schematic design services, construction documents, working drawings, specifications, cost estimate, shop drawing review and construction period services as required to renovate the second floor of building 37.
