- Renovate Restrooms 104 & 105, B-35 To provide all labor, material, parts and equipment to RENOVATION RESTROOMS 104 & 105 LOCATED IN BUILDING 35. PROJECT WORK INVOLVES THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF ALL INTERIOR FINISHES, HARDWARE AND EQUIPMENT. RESTROOM RENOVATIONS SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH 2010 ADA STANDARDS FOR ACCESSIBLE DEIGN, RENDERING EACH RESTROOM FULLY ADA COMPLIANT.All work will be performed in accordance with Statement of Work under project 6PW084 which is attached and incorporated. Wage Determination General Decision Number: NY 2 Dated 1-25-2019 applies and is incorporated. Magnitude of this Project is Between $100,000 and $250,000. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
