ITEM FUNCTION: Part of the flight control linkages for the main rotor. MATERIAL: Metal. DESCRIPTION: LENGTH: 20.0 inches; WIDTH: 18.0 inches; HEIGHT: 8.0 inches; WEIGHT: 15.0 lbs. QTY: Ordering Period I: 20 Each Ordering Period II - V: 5 - 15 Each DELIVERY SCHEDULE: 12 Months ARO DESTINATION INFORMATION: DODAAC: SW3119; DLA Distribution, Warner Robins, 455 Byron Street, Bldg 376, Robins AFB, GA 31098-1887 A written solicitation will be issued. ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: 30 May 2019 The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Informaiton received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Orgranization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
