- Marine Corps Installations, North Capital Region- Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) has an upcoming requirement for contracted services to provide deploying Marines with an operational understanding of cultures and regions relevant to the deployment in order to facilitate mission success. Request for industry comments and suggestions to the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) are being accepted. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is not intended as a commitment by the Government to procure services and does not restrict the Government regarding the acquisition approach that may be taken in the future. The intent of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek the following information: 1. Are there tasks or standards that are not well defined or clearly addressed in the draft PWS? 2. Do you have any other concerns or comments that could further define the PWS? *** The Government will not respond to submitted comments, suggestions, and questions, but will consider all information received when preparing the Final PWS. Any and all changes to the PWS are at the sole discretion of the Government. *** This RFI is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice will not be returned. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government for a binding contract. Please submit responses in Microsoft Office format via email only to Dayna Myers at dayna.myers@usmc.mil and Christa Eggleston-Scott at christa.eggleston-sc@usmc.mil no later than 10AM EST, March 15, 2019. No telephone calls will be accepted.
