- AMENDMENT 3 ISSUED 8/15/2018 The purpose of Amendment 3 is to clarity that FAR 52.222-62 and EO 13706 apply to this requirement. Per the Department of Labor, no exemption exists. The Pricing Worksheet is updated to correct the calculation of the anticipated number of positions, number of hours and overtime rate for the overall overtime price. The calculation is corrected to match the stated assumption. THE DUE DATE AND TIME FOR PROPOSALS REMAINS UNCHANGED AND IS STILL AUGUST 17, 2018 AT 4 PM EST. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-AUG-2018).
