Description
Sources Sought/Request for Information Homeless Shelter Program for Veterans in Rapid City and Sturgis, South Dakota area. This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information to identify potential offerors for Homeless Shelter contract for the VA Black Hills Health Care System. This is NOT a solicitation for offers, the solicitation will be posted on a later date. This notice is issued for purposes of market research only, and to identify potential vendors, collect capability statements, and other helpful information for this potential procurement. This contract consists of providing homeless shelter lodging and related services for at least 10 Veterans and no more than 12 Veterans at a time in the Sturgis and Rapid City South Dakota catchment area. The Solicitation will likely be posted in early to mid-July; full performance under a contract is expected by no later than September 30, 2019. Please review the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and consider whether your business can perform this work. Responses are due via e-mail to Matthew Dale, Contract Specialist, at Matthew.Dale3@va.gov. (phone 651-293-3010) by March 11, 2018 at 5:00pm Central Standard Time. Please provide the following in response to this RFI if this type of requirement would be of interest to you: 1) Capability Statement; 2) Identify your business socioeconomic status (i.e. large business, small business, SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZONE, 8(a), etc.); and 3) NAICS codes your company is registered under, 4) whether your organization could be ready to begin performance by September 30, 2019.
