- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of Other than Small Businesses and/or Small Businesses, including VIP-Verified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) prospective contractors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339113 (Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing). Exam/Treatment Table (Oakworks PF400 Model No. 70882) is known to meet the Government s needs. The Government is requesting that Other Than Small Businesses and Small Businesses, including VIP-Verified VOSB or SDVOSB sources respond: CLIN Description of Supplies/Services Qty Unit 0001 Oakworks PF400 Table LOCAL STOCK NUMBER: 70882 7 EA 0002 4" Locking Casters LOCAL STOCK NUMBER: 69926 7 EA If offering equal, the vendor is responsible for submitting enough supporting information/documentation to illustrate their capability to meet or exceed the following Salient Characteristics. Salient Characteristics for Exam/Treatment Table (Oakworks PF400 Model No. 70882) Must be CE marked, cETLus approved, and have a CB Certificate Weight capacity minimum is 500 pounds Powered leg section Warranty should include 2 - 4 years for parts and 1 - 3 years for labor The Table should come with foot and hand controls Maximum width of 35 inches Maximum length of 80 inches Trendelenburg Positioning Electric tilt max range of +30 degrees to -30 degrees Electric Height minimum range must be 20 - 40 inches Electric backrest minimum range must be 0 - 65 degrees Product should have a minimum of 2 inches of padding Seven (7) LOCKING CASTERS a minimum of 2 inches If offering equipment as a non-manufacturer (i.e. distributor) the vendor is also required to submit with their quote proof (letter, etc.) from the manufacturer that shows they are authorized as a distributor of the equipment. DELIVERY SCHEDULE All items to be delivered F.O.B. Destination during normal working hours, between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. National Ave, Bldg. 111 Milwaukee, WI 53295 0001 United States All Items XX-Days ARO Interested Other Than Small Businesses and Small Businesses including VIP-Verified VOSBs and SDVOSBs are required to submit an e-mail delineating: Capability Statement; Business size/Socioeconomic status; If the product is on the Federal Supply Schedule or the Open Market; and Memo or correspondence from manufacturer to distribute their products. This is not a Request for Proposal/Quote or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submissions will not be returned to the sender. VOSBs and SDVOSBs must be registered and verified in VIP for set-aside consideration. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339113 and the small business size standard is 750 employees.
