- The US Forest Service intends to negotiate a sole source contract Scmeekle Reserve (University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point) The required services are to be conduct a project on the Hugo Nursery, Rhinelander Wisconsin. That includes historic research, developing intrpretive media, conducting public outreach. Work to start in early May 2019. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No Solicitations documents are available. Any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement. This information will be reviewed by the government technical representative for consideration. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer, USDA Forest Service, 1992 Folwell Ave, Saint Paul, MN 55108 or via email to mikeash@fs.fed.gov, no later than 10:00 AM Central Time, February 28, 2019.
