WIPS guides the operator through the job set-up process with easy-to-use templates. WIPS has the ability to define work offset coordinates, set tool length offsets, and perform in-process inspection within the program, for both part inspection and tool breakage detection. Includes macros, spindle orientation and coordinate rotation and scaling. Includes the Haas Visual Programming System, macros, spindle orientation and coordinate rotation and scaling options, 1, EA; LI 004: Increase the productivity of your mill by adding a 4th-axis rotary product. Reduce or totally eliminate multiple setups, and easily handle machining multi-sided parts (3+1 machining). Provides operators the ability to run fully interpolated, complex 4-axis programs. The 4th-axis drive allows the use of a fully integrated 4th-axis Haas rotary table or indexer for multi-sided machining, yielding increased productivity and reduced setups. Fully integrated to the Haas control “ simply plug-n-play a Haas rotary table or indexer., 1, EA; LI 005: Enhanced Remote Jog Handle with color LCD features a 2.8" color graphic display, an 11-button keypad, a triple-knob motion-control system that allows infinitely variable jog speeds, and a built-in LED inspection light. Operators can move the machine axes around while in a position to see what ™s happening up-close. Eliminates operator movement back and forth between the work area inside the machine and the control pendent outside the machine. Operators can set tool and work offsets, jog up to 9 axes, display machine position, show the current program running and much more from the jog handle., 1, EA; LI 006: Boost productivity, reduce cycle times and eliminate the opening and closing of the mill doors to adjust coolant lines. The Programmable Coolant Nozzle is a multi-position nozzle that automatically directs coolant precisely at the cutting tool. The position of the nozzle is controlled via the program, and set specifically for each tool length “ saving operator time by eliminating constant adjustments. The nozzle position may also be adjusted manually from the control pendant while a program is running., 1, EA; LI 007: Expanded on-board solid-state memory allows storing, running, and editing large programs directly at the machine. Eliminates security risks posed by external storage devices such as USB Thumb-Drives and SD Disks., 1, EA; LI 008: The Through-Spindle Coolant system provides up to 300 psi (21 bar) of coolant to the cutting tool, allowing for heavier cuts, higher feedrates, deep-hole drilling, and better surface finishes. Through-Spindle Coolant, can reduce cycle times to increase throughput, and produce higher-quality parts. Maximum rpm with TSC enabled is 15,000 rpm., 1, EA; LI 009: Auger-style chip conveyor automatically removes chips from the machine while compressing them and wringing out the coolant. The system automatically reverses if a jam occurs., 1, EA; LI 010: Auxiliary Coolant Filter is an inexpensive method of keeping the coolant system unclogged and operating with maximum flow not only improves part finish, but also increases the life of tools and inserts. The two-stage filtration system keeps the coolant free of particulates, which extends the usable life of the coolant, and translates into considerable time and money savings. Mandatory for machines with through-tool coolant when machining cast iron, cast aluminum, wood, phenolic, and other particulate-producing materials., 1, EA; LI 011: 10 Pull Studs, CT40 for through-spindle coolant, 1, EA; LI 012: IUID tag plate per MIL-STD-130x, 1, EA; LI 013: INCLUDES PACKAGING, FREIGHT/DELIVERY/MACHINE START-UP AND ALSO OPERATOR TRAINING, 1, EA; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond.
