- This contract is for the repair/replacement of sanitary sewer line within the JSTARS area, Robins AFB. The contract was awarded to 8(a) Small Business pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5). Market Research has been completed on 1 November 2018 and it was determined that Roundhouse PBN, LLC will be the most appropriate contractor to perform this line of work on Robins AFB. A firm fixed price (FFP) pricing arrangement was used on all of the CLINs of this contract. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (19-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
