Description
The Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has a requirement to procure Automated Engineering Support Services for the National CMOP Office. The contractor shall provide concurrent engineering and subject matter expertise for the many different types of automated and semi-automated production systems. The Contractor is to provide the technical framework that will enable sound decision making, increase product knowledge, ensure system maturity and mitigate risks associated with changes to the production systems. The Contractor will be instrumental to CMOP by providing a methodology to plan, manage, and implement technical activities throughout all phases of the acquisition life cycle. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 541330 and the small business size standard is $15M. This solicitation is unrestricted. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) contract. The Automated Engineering Support Services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that will be included in the solicitation.    All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Multiple awards will be issued for this solicitation. Solicitation Package 36C77019Q0173 shall be posted on FedBizOpps (FBO) on or about March 1, 2019.    No solicitation packages will be mailed.    Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor FBO for changes or amendments.
