Description

Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2 is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing tents, stages, stage skirting, seating and set up/removal services for the James J. Peters Medical Center in Bronx, NY. The services are necessary to host attendees of the Fisher House dedication ceremony, which will take place on May 22, 2019. The Contractor will need to perform set-up services beginning on May 21, 2019, and removal services on May 22, 2019 starting at 3:00pm. The James J. Peters Medical Center will have the parking lot cleared for the Contractor to deliver, set up, and pack up services. Specifications required are: (1) 40x100 Frame Tent White Weighting Of 40x100 (1) 20x20 Frame Tent White Weighting Of 20x20 Bil Jax 4x4 Sections 20x28 Raised To 2ft Rails for Stage Stairs For Stage Ada Ramp For Stage (500) Chairs, White Chair Setup/Breakdown Skirting For 12x28 Stage (Black) Bil Jax 4x4 Sections Risers 16x16 Side Walls, Window Those capable of providing these services should submit a statement regarding their capability on a document containing the official company letterhead. Additionally, those interested and capable shall provide a designated point of contact, the business DUNS Number, and the business Socioeconomic status in their response to this posting.
