- This amendment is to extend the closing date from March 9th to March 29th. The reason for extending the closing date is that the government updated an old version of a document as part of the TDPs. The new version has been incorporated/uploaded and the government feels an extension is needed. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
