- Description
- This project specifies the following work: 1. Scaffolding, dismantle and dispose of the remaining roof covering, including flashing. 2. Clean the exposed roof boarding and renew the eaves boarding. 3. Prepare the roof surface for the installation of a new exterior insulation. 4. Install and align a new lathing for the subsequent roof covering, including exterior insulation. 5. Deliver and bolt on a new sheet metal roof covering in sandwich elements design. 6. Deliver and install a new roof gutter and downspouts. Connect to the existing standpipes. 7. Replace storm water sand traps on the rear side of building. 8. Dismantle and dispose of the old exhaust gas system at rear side of building (steel pipe). 9. Dismantle and dispose of the exhaust gas collection line, concrete pipe, diameter 600 mm. 10. Restore greened areas between the rear side of building and the fence. 11. Renew the power supply (damages to service mast and overhead lines by storm) by laying of underground cables and installation of outside cable distribution boxes.
