Description

The Maintenance Contracting Branch at Tinker AFB, OK (AFSC/PZIMC), intends to award a sole source requirements contract for laser weld repair of 2nd, 3rd and 4th Stage TF33 fan blades to Flight Support International (FSI), of North Haven, Connecticut. Authority for this sole source award is found at 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Anticipated date of award is 1 Aug 19. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
