The Government proposes to acquire on a SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) 5 Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) contract for AIR CONDITIONER, Minimum quantity of 50EA and a Maximum of 200EA, NSN: 4120-01-598-5734, Part Number: ALH-209296-001 applicable to the M-7T Weapon System. Production Lead Time First Article is 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TOBYHANNA, PA 18466-5059. This item is competitive. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions.
