- This is a Sources Sought Notice for Bassett Army Community in Alaska. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate set-aside and acquisition method. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific intends to award a firm, fixed-price contract to the successful offeror using FAR Part 12 commercial items procedures. The requirement is for the Halo Bassinest, hospital series bassinet, quantity 15 each, to be delivered to Basset Army Community Hospital in Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The bassinet shall be hospital series with adjustable height and swivel motion, and have clear, lowering bedside walls. Interested vendors may submit in writing their capabilities and qualifications demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement identified in this notice. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your offerings and options. Capability statements should be submitted to the attention of Donna Tomita, Contract Specialist, email donna.f.tomita.civ@mail.mil. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 26 Feb 2019 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time.
