- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a sole-source contract to Life Technologies Corporation of 3175 Staley Road, Grand Island, New York, 14072. The procurement is for the purchase of items to analyze environmental DNA (eDNA) monitoring samples for the Whitney Genetics Lab, 555 Lester Avenue, Onalaska, WI 54650. Classification System (NAICS) is 325100, All Other Basic Organic Chemical Manufacturing. This is not a solicitation for quotations, but rather a notice of the Service ¿s intent to make a sole-source award to Life Technologies Corporation. There will be no solicitation issued or available. This notice is for information only. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS, AN INVITATION FOR BIDS, OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.
