Description

This is not a solicitation. This is a notification of an intent to Modify a single source procurement under NAICS code 532490. The Warm Springs Indian Health Service awarded a sole source procurement with ScriptPro USA Inc, for existing ScriptPro Robotic Prescription dispenser system, located at the Warm Springs Service Unit, in Warm Springs, Oregon. The procurement was awarded in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The award was for a base year plus four (4) option years. The funding for each year will exceed $25K. The authority for this limited source action is FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Only One Source is Capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This sysnopsis is for information purposes only.
