- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to Tescan USA Inc., 765 Commonwealth, Warrendale, PA 15086. The proposed contract is to procure the following services: Unlimited On-site, On-call, Emergency Repair, and Preventive Maintenance for (1) one Tescan, Scanning Electron Microscope; part no. Vega-3 XMU. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement via e-mail to ofelia.salas@navy.mil.
