- This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Crane Services & Tractor Trailer Transportation at Lake Red Rock in Knoxville, Iowa and Saylorville Lake in Johnston, Iowa for the US Army Corp of Engineers, Rock Island District. Call orders will be placed against the BPA as services are required and contain bid and specific information of work to be performed. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
