- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), has a requirement to procure material testing and analysis services regarding expeditionary earth-filled protective barriers. The ERDC intends to issue an award to TRI Environmental, Inc. on a sole source basis for these services. Because of previous material tests performed by TRI Environmental, Inc. under this ongoing force protection research and development program, award to this company is required in order to minimize research variables and to maintain consistency among the data collected. The award will be issued in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). The NAICS code for this requirement is 541380 (Testing Laboratories) with a size standard of $15.0 Million in average annual receipts.
