Description

The U. S. Coast Guard Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC-East) Norfolk, VA intends to award a Sole Source contract to TSI, Inc. to provide Annual Calibration, Repair and Testing (in accordance with the manufacturer specifications) of PortaCount Respirator Fit Tester, Models(s) 8030 and 8038 owned by the U. S. Coast Guard Base Portsmouth, VA. The statutory authority permitting the acquisition of this requirement by Other than Full and Open Competition is citation 10 U. S. C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supply Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The period of performance is 3/19 - 2/28/20. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
