Description

DISA/DITCO intends to issue a sole source order to the NCW/NMS software owner (the large business, L3 Technologies, Inc.) for the acquisition of their NCW/NMS software license with 3-year software support for the US Army PM Tactical Network, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, 21005. See the redacted Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition that supports this brand name, sole source requirement and the solicitation for details of the requirement. Completed solicitation responses (complete/sign page 30 a, b, c on page 1 and the mark/complete the highlighted responses items through page 45, including unit/extended price and provision/clause responses) and provide the signed completed solicitation reply by 3 PM Eastern 2/25/19 to Lauren.j.oneill.civ@mail.mil. Include 11283103 in the subject of the email. This resultant contract will be firm fixed priced. The NAICS is 511210, $38.5 million sales size standard.
