- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a small business set aside with the NAICS 334513 small business size standard of 750. RFQ N6600119Q0453 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The evaluation procedure to be used is lowest price technically acceptable based on the attached minimum specifications. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the attached provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items Alt 1, with their offer. 52.252-1 -- Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference (Feb 1998) This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available.
