Description
Synopsis: The Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC- APG) Source Selection Support Center of Excellence (S3CoE) will host its FY 19 Q~3 symposium entitled Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) on 10 April 2019, from 9-11:00 am at Mallette Hall Auditorium, 6008 Jayhawk Drive, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD 21005. The purpose of the symposium is to afford our Industry and Government partners an opportunity to learn more about OTAs, discuss lessons learned and best practices; in support of our initiative to strengthen Industry and Government collaboration. Our combined panel will include consortia managers from Advanced Technology International (ATI), Consortium Management Group (CMG) and representatives from W.L. Gore and Associates, The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND) and ACC APG. This event is open to Industry and Government; the symposium is not program specific. Tentative Agenda • Welcome • Define Other Transaction Authorities and Agreements • Highlight JPEO-CBRND use of OTAs. • Discuss and solicit lessons learned, recommendations and best practices. Please send OTA related questions on the RSVP form no later than 28 February 2019. The RSVP date to attend the symposium is 5 April 2019; please send RSVP requests to the S3CoE email address usarmy.apg.acc.mbx.acc-apg-s3coe@mail.mil The symposium slides, questions, answers and summary will be posted on FedBizOpps after the symposium for personnel unable to attend. Location: Mallette Hall Auditorium, 6008 Jayhawk Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. Time: 9-11:00 am; doors will open at 8:15 am and symposium will commence promptly at 9 am. The Government will not provide reimbursement for any costs incurred to participate in this event as a panel or audience member.
