Description: Request one, U.S. flag (upon delivery), container vessel with the capability to carry a minimum of 4 TEUs comprised of hazardous material (CLASS 7 and CLASS 8) and 2 TEUs of general cargo at first load port (Yokosuka), and 15 wood and metal boxes comprised of hazardous material (CLASS 7 and CLASS 4.1) at second load port (Guam), while satisfying cargo compatibility and segregation requirements. Barges or Integrated Tug and Barges (ITBs) are not acceptable for this movement due to the nature of the cargo. 17. The place/range of delivery Yokosuka, Japan and redelivery is Bremerton, WA (USA). The layday commences and cancels 25 April 2019, and the charter period will be about 32 days. 18. Set-aside Status: 100% Small Business Set-aside. The decision to release this solicitation as a Total Small Business Set-aside is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service. MSC's Associate Deputy Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
