Description

The contractor will be required to furnish all materials, labor, equipment and supervision to complete the job. The scope of work is anticipated to encompass minor construction to include, but not limited to, the following: B110 Level Hangar Floor including but not limited to providing high early shrink concrete placed in sections to correct existing floor between the hangar door tracks and the existing floor drain including the existing crack. The contract Period of Performance is anticipated to consist of an estimated 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Procurement Method: Selection Process: This procurement will utilize Lowest Price procedures. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220 and the annual size standard is $36.5M. Estimated cost is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation, and any attachments, at https://www.neco.navy.mil when it becomes available. The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns.
