- Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for project 605-20-206 Repair and Replace Patio Courtyard Drains, as required by drawings and specifications. Place of performance is VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, 11201 Benton St., Loma Linda, CA 92357. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. This is 100% set aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The estimated completion period for this work is 185 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The specifications and drawings will be uploaded as part of the solicitation and tentative issue date actual solicitation is 30 days from this posting. A date and time for a site visit will be stated in the solicitation. Award will be made utilizing the sealed bidding source selection process in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 14. Proposal submission instructions will be included in the solicitation package. The offeror is responsible for monitoring and downloading any amendments from the Federal Business Opportunities (http://www.fbo.gov) website that may be issued to this solicitation.
