- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation N62742-18-T-6576 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336112 “ Light Truck and Utility Vehicle Manufacturing. This RFQ is issued as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedure (FAR Part 13) and is issued in anticipation of a firm fixed price contract for (28) Pickup Trucks, FY19 for DPAA, Vietnam. CLIN 0001 : Pickup Trucks “ Ford Ranger = 28 Units No paper copies of this solicitation will be provided. The Government intends to award to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest Responsive and Responsible offer. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible offerors must be active in System for Award Management (SAM) in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 “ System for Award Management. All questions are due by 6 March 2019 at 11:00 AM, Thailand Time. The quotation closing date is 22 March 2019 at 11:00 AM, Thailand Time. Both questions and quotation can be submitted via email.
