- Amendment 0001 is to provide interested vendors with an opportunity for a site visit at PCLOB offices at 800 N. Capitol, NW, Suite 565, Washington, DC. This is in response to vendor requests to visit the facility and see the HVAC/UPS equipment referenced in the RFQ. The estimated time for a visit is no more than 1 hour. Vendors will have an opportunity to ask questions. Questions and answers will be written down by the Government, and may be provided, at the discretion of the Contracting Officer, as a solicitation amendment posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website for all interested vendors to view. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
