- DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS DESIRES TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease space yielding a minimum of 10,000 to a maximum of 10,500 contiguous net usable square feet of office and related space in Kissimmee, Florida. New and Existing buildings will be considered. However, If not a New Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will undergo, by occupancy, a complete modernization or adaptive reuse of the Space with modern conveniences. The space must be available for occupancy by February 15, 2020, and must be located outside the 100-year floodplain. The lease term requirement must be in full compliance with the requirements of the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). The period of performance will be for 10 Years, 5 Years Firm. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: Mill Slough Road South: Hoagland Boulevard/Clay Street East: 441 North Main Street West: North/South Poinciana Trail To be included interested offerors responding to this RLP shall address ALL the following when responding to this advertisement: Offer must fully comply with ALL requirements and supporting documentation mandatory as per the Terms and Conditions of RLP # 36C-248-18-R-0889 and/or any exhibits attached to it. All documents must be final, must be signed and must be acknowledged by placing the offeror's initials on each page. Cover Page contain the following information: Proposed property address with map showing property within the delineated area. Name, phone number and e-mail address of property owner. Note, if responding and you are not the property owner, i.e., broker, provide written statement from property owner (owner letterhead) authorizing you to represent the owner. Documentation evidencing that proposed property is outside the 100-year flood plain. Documentation supporting offerors ability to meet all the Government s requirements identified in this advertisement. Number of parking spaces.
