- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to CRISTA Ministries dba Christian Veterinary Mission, for the acquisition of services to provide the vaccination of approximately 20,000 dogs in the SudEst Department, Haiti. The project will utilize mobile phones and a PRB-developed electronic data collection tool to ensure that vaccination targets are met. Post-vaccination surveys will be conducted in a subset of pre-defined communities to ensure that emergency vaccination efforts are successful. This intent to sole source is being made on the grounds of urgency, past knowledge, and compatibility. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 12.204(b). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
