Description

This solicitation will contain one NSN for a PANEL, WIRE ASSEMBLY: 63N (WSDC)/ P-3 ORION. A Letter Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price contract. The original equipment manufacturer and only approved source is Lockheed Martin Corporation, Cage 98897(563J1); P/N: 978253-105. The NSN and quantity are as follows: NSN: 5999-013082008, quantity 3 each with NO option for Increased Quantity - Separately Priced Line Item. The delivery schedule is 235 days ARO. FOB: Origin; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. This is a proprietary item to Lockheed Martin coded 3C. The Government intends to place firm-fixed price, against BOA- SPE4A1-18-G-0017. This solicitation will be issued in accordance with (IAW) 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), other than full and open competition. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
