- 2/25/2019 - INDUSTRY DAY INVITATION NIWC (formally SPAWAR) Atlantic will be hosting an Industry Day event at Camp Pendleton for the SATCOM ISEA solicitation on March 13, 2019. See link below for details: https://einvitations.afit.edu/inv/anim.cfm?i=438347&k=06624A0A7F50 ***The link provides the invitation, registration link to RSVP and schedule optional one on ones, agenda for the conference, and base access instructions.*** Draft evaluation factors (Sections L & M) and a draft PWS will be posted NLT a week prior to the event. --------------------------------------------- The response deadline for this SSN has been extended until 12pm EST on 01 June 2018. -------------------------------------------------- This announcement is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), and constitutes only a sources sought notice (SSN) for a potential solicitation. SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic is seeking small business firms with current and relevant knowledge, experience, and capability to provide In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) support for Satellite Communications (SATCOM) systems to the Fleet across the SPAWAR enterprise in support of Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I) PMW/A 170 Office and the Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD) 100. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this announcement, along with the Sources Sought Notice. -------------------------------------------------- NOTE: SSC PAC is issuing a separate Markey Survey for SATCOM Support services as well. It is anticipated that these will be two separate contracts based on AoR and discrete PWS requirements.
