- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100 Effective 11 Aug 2018. The synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-19-Q-0021 for the purchase of Leica ScanStation P40 Laser Scanner (Part # 6009377) and a trade-in of the current Government owned Leica C10 laser scanner. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Set-aside to Small Business Concerns represented by NAICS Code 333316 (Photographic and Photocopying Equipment Manufacturing). This requirement will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price type contract to the Lowest Priced offeror that meets the specification in the purchase description attached. Description of Requirements: The contractor, as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the Government shall furnish Leica ScanStation P40 Laser Scanner (Part # 6009377). The contractor shall be an authorized vendor of Leica, the OEM (Provide proof). In addition, contractor must accept trade-in for the current Government Owned Leica C10 laser scanner, and identify a trade-in value on the quote. For specific information, please refer to the Specification attached.
