- AFLCMC/HBGK intends to award a Mutliple Award IDIQ contract with a maximum of ten (10) awardees. DARMA will be an ordering vehicle to fulfill DCGS software requirements that cannot be met by other means, such as with a commercial solution or a non-developmental item. Software code acquired under the DARMA vehicle will be for new capabilities, the improvement/upgrade of existing capabilities, or the integration of existing software into the existing AF DCGS weapon system. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
