- Renovate Building 209 at McClellan Park VA Northern California Health Care System Construction Services for Project #612A4-17-111 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing an Invitation for Bids for a General Construction Contractor for the project to Renovate Building 209 at McClellan for the VA Northern California Health Care System located at 3230 Peacekeeper Way, McClellan, California 95652. Work shall include, but not limited to the following: The work includes but is not limited to general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures and construction of other certain items. The general construction work intended in this project may include the demolition of existing office and restrooms in the basement and the demolition of existing offices in the first and second floors. New office and work stations will be built in the basement and the upper floors. A new fire protection system will be provided in all floors and sprinkler heads will be replaced on all floors. This Invitation for Bid will be a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Offers will only be accepted from qualified VIP Verified and SAM registered Small Businesses. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about March 14th, 2019. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions. A Pre-Proposal Conference and Project Site Visit is tentatively scheduled to be held on March 26th, 2019 in Building 209 conference room located at 3230 Peacekeeper Way, McClellan, CA. 95652 from 10:00 am 12:00 pm. Please confirm exact location, date, and time in the solicitation. This conference is highly recommended. Estimated project cost is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
