- SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price contract to provide annual fire alarm and extinguisher certification, testing, and programming. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about January 25, 2019 and proposals shall be submitted by 15 February 2019, no later than 3:00 p.m. mountain time. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a small business size standard of $15 Million. This solicitation is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation reference is 36C25918R0401 Annual Fire Alarm and Extinguisher Certification, Testing, and Programming and should be referenced in all correspondence/ inquiries.
