- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to re-solicit the Community Care Network (CCN) Region 4 requirement under full and open competition. Based on that competition, VA intends to make a single contract award. Offerors are encouraged to submit their best proposal in response to Region 4 CCN solicitation. Note that the scope of the effort has changed since the initial release of the original (and now canceled) Region 4 CCN solicitation Solicitation Number VA79116R0086. The anticipated date for a draft solicitation is on or about May 25, 2018. The draft solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The FBO site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through the FBO site. The contemplated contract type is a single award firm-fixed-price Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Services, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, will be used. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most current information about this acquisition. Please note all contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The anticipated date for receipt of proposals will be listed in the draft solicitation. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The Government does NOT invite offerors to submit proposal or questions in response to this pre-solicitation notice. NO awards are anticipated to be made in response to this pre-solicitation notice.
