- Synopsis for: Defensive Systems Analysis Support (DSAS) Scientific and technical intelligence analysis is required by the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Required expertise shall include detailed knowledge of missile structures, propulsion systems, gudiance and control techniques, position, naviagtion and timing (PNT) techniques, advanced upper stage/ACM systems, countermeasures, and counter-countermeasures, radar systems, electronic designs, antenna designs, transmitters, aerodynamic principles, sensors, computers, power sources, and optics. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
