- The Sierra Army Depot (SIAD) Directorate of Base Support requires a contractor to thoroughly troubleshoot and repair the Kaba ePlex-based computerized lock system installed in one of its buildings in Herlong, CA. This system has been in-use for several years, and recurring errors and worn components are causing problems for building occupants and SIAD Facilities Management and Security personnel. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 561622, Locksmiths. Offerors must be manufacturer-certified to be considered for award. Please refer to the Solicitation package for response information. All Offers must be submitted through the FedBizOpps Bid Submission Interface to be considered for award.
