- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is for Chiller Preventative Maintenance (PM) that are listed below from CLIN 1 CLIN 10, the solicitation number is 36C24719R0070, and this solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is a 238220 with a small business size standard of $15M. This solicitation is a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set Aside, and only qualified offerors may submit proposals. Proposals shall be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria. Vendors must honor prices for 30 days from the closing date of this RFP.
