- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has issued the FINAL Solicitation No. 36C10G18R0208-1 for the Community Care Network (CCN) Region 4 requirement under full and open competition. Based on that competition, VA intends to make a single contract award. Offerors are encouraged to submit their best proposal in response to Region 4 CCN solicitation. Note: The Solicitation Number has changed from the Draft Solicitation Number 36C10G18R0189 to the Final Solicitation Number 36C10G18R0208-1. The contemplated contract type is a single award Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract with Incentive Plan. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Services, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, will be used. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most current information about this acquisition. Please note all contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The anticipated date for receipt of proposals is listed in the solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-SEP-2018).
