- Solicitation 140G0119Q0077 Amendment 0001 Q&A posted and quote deadline extended to 02/28/2019 at 4PM This is an announcement directing interested parties to the FedConnect webpage at www.fedconnect.net where details of the US Geological Survey (USGS) Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0119Q0077 may be viewed. This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation. This is a total small business set-aside. Discounted open market firm fixed price quotation packages are being requested for instructional design professional services related to the development of an anti-harassment e-learning course. The posted RFQ contains the instructions to vendors, statement of work, and applicable clauses. All vendors who can meet this requirement, have a valid Dun and Bradstreet Number and are registered in the System for Award Management are invited to submit electronic quotes for this posted RFQ. Quotation packages are due via email to the Contract Specialist at ckuhn@usgs.gov no later than 4:00PM ET, Thursday, February 28, 2019.
