- This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) for repair and replace approximately 26,000 LF of vintage 1950's piping, valves and hydrants, located at Laughlin Air Force Base (AFB), Del Rio, TX. The objective of this project is to provide 100% Design plans to repair and replace approximately 26,000 LF of vintage 1950's piping, valves and hydrants. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (26-FEB-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
