Description

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District's (NAE) has issued the attached Solicitation for an Environmental Services Contract at former Fort Devens and the former Sudbury Training Annex on behalf of the Army under the BRAC Program. This contract will be a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract competitive 8(a) acquisition action under the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program. Former Fort Devens is located approximately 35 miles west of Boston, Massachusetts within the towns of Devens, Ayer, Shirley, Lancaster and Harvard. The Former Sudbury Training Annex is located 20 miles from Former Fort Devens and was annexed in 1982 by Fort Devens. The total acquisition value of the contract awarded under this solicitation will have a capacity of $20 Million and will have a 5-year ordering period with no option years.
